Carry the pep = Schreibfehler, gemeint ist pet
no dress in order = unanständig gekleidet
will refused = wird nicht aufgenommen ^^
also das war unsere Interpretation… (war immerhin ein Hotel, wo Regierungsleute absteigen auf Putuo Shan falls das dir was sagt, Insel vor Ningbo, Zjejiang)

we don’t laugh, we just make a research about it, write books, give some good advice to them how to improve… it’s not a schadenfreude at all
